Simon Smith takes on 1 Million Step Challenge for Diabetes UK

Completing one million steps over three months is a significant personal challenge, requiring consistency, commitment, and determination.

Simon Smith, Head of Sales at Able Instruments, has taken on the Diabetes UK 1 Million Step Challenge this summer, committing to walking one million steps across July, August, and September.

Following a recent diagnosis of diabetes, Simon has chosen to take on the challenge not only as a personal goal, but also to support the work of Diabetes UK in funding research and helping people live well with the condition.

The challenge represents a meaningful commitment, particularly over a sustained period, and reflects the determination and mindset that many will recognise in Simon both professionally and personally.
