How it works
To initiate a repair or service request, please complete the form. One of our technicians will respond within 48 hours (Monday–Friday). We’ll assess your issue and advise next steps; whether it’s a return for repair, on-site service, or troubleshooting guidance.
Supported products
We support all products sold via Able Instruments, including those from our official partners. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for support, contact us directly before submitting the form.
Packaging your item
If we request return of the product, please ensure it is securely packaged and clearly labelled with your company name, contact information, and the issued RMA (Return Material Authorisation) reference — which we’ll provide after reviewing your request.
Repair turnaround
Typical turnaround time is 5–10 working days after receipt of the item, subject to parts availability. We’ll provide a quotation for non-warranty work prior to proceeding.
Charges and warranty
Warranty repairs are free of charge. For non-warranty work, we may charge an inspection fee which will be confirmed before proceeding. Please include your original purchase order number and date of purchase if available.
