The Rixen Messtechnik MU-Digital is a Ringbalance differential pressure transmitter with LCD display for low draft, pressure and differential pressure measurement. It is designed for applications where a stable local reading and standard output signals are required for connection to a control or monitoring system.
Using Rixen Messtechnik’s mechanical Ringbalance measuring principle, the MU-Digital combines low-pressure measurement with electronic signal transmission. The instrument provides 4–20 mA, 0–20 mA and 0–10 V outputs as standard, supporting integration with BMS, SCADA and building automation systems.
The MU-Digital is suited to cleanroom, ventilation and HVAC applications where low differential pressure signals are used for monitoring, control or verification. Its 3½-digit LCD display provides local indication during commissioning and allows operators or maintenance teams to carry out quick checks at the instrument.
Measuring range, display unit and supply voltage are selected at order. Available units include Pa, kPa, daPa, mbar, mmWS, mmCE and in.W.C., while supply options include 24 VAC, 110 VAC, 230 VAC and 24 VDC.
For applications where pressure spikes or abnormal overload conditions may occur, the MU-Digital can be specified with DZ overload protection options. Correct range, unit, supply and overload protection selection should be reviewed before ordering, as these details form part of the configured instrument.
