The Rixen Messtechnik MU-Analog-65 is a Ringbalance differential pressure transmitter with a large analogue scale for low draft, pressure and differential pressure measurement. It is designed for applications where local visual indication and remote signal transmission are both required.
Using Rixen Messtechnik’s mechanical Ringbalance measuring principle, the MU-Analog-65 combines a mechanical low-pressure measuring system with electrical output signals for control or monitoring systems. The standard 4-wire version provides 0–20 mA, 4–20 mA and 0–10 V outputs.
The same product family includes the MU-Analog-65-2L loop-powered version, which provides a passive 4–20 mA output using a 2-wire connection. This version is suitable where a simpler loop-powered signal is preferred, including retrofit or control-system integration applications.
The MU-Analog-65 range is suited to low-pressure industrial gas and air applications such as cleanroom pressure monitoring, ventilation systems, HVAC plant, furnace pressure indication and general differential pressure monitoring. The 150 x 150 mm analogue scale provides clear local indication while the transmitter output supports external system connection.
Measuring range, scale unit, output version and supply arrangement are selected at order. Available units include Pa, kPa, daPa, mbar, mmWS, mmCE and in.W.C., while DZ overload protection can be considered where pressure spikes or abnormal overload conditions may occur.
