The Canty Sugarscope™ is a high-speed video system designed for real-time monitoring of sugar crystals within a sugar pan, operating under actual process conditions to ensure blur-free, flicker-free imaging. Featuring a precision high-magnification lens, the system can capture particles as small as 1 micron, with manual zoom controls allowing for an expanded viewing range of up to 1000 microns.

Unlike traditional sampling methods, the Sugarscope™ enables continuous monitoring under pressure and temperature, eliminating the need for disruptive sample collection. This real-time, non-invasive approach provides instant process insights, optimising efficiency and ensuring precise crystallisation control.
